Based on our research trends, we determined that transitioning from an influencer-focused affiliate system to a friend-based referral system would be more effective. Working closely with management through a transparent design process—including iterative prototyping and careful execution—we developed a new invite system that exceeded our business metrics & expectations.

Freecash, an Almedia product, is the primary driver of user acquisition through advertising technology. As a contract senior product designer, I helped create and optimize several features that became core to their platform—one key initiative involved transitioning from an affiliate referral system to a friend invite system.
